Vietnam Valuetronic Exterior Facade And Interior Lobby Project
The Vietnam Valuetronic Exterior Facade and Interior Lobby Project (completed in 2021) is a representative international collaboration delivered by PRANCE, showcasing its full-scope project execution capabilities under challenging pandemic conditions. As the primary technical and material solution provider, PRANCE managed procurement, production, logistics, and remote technical guidance, while a local Vietnamese team handled on-site installation. The project features high-end anodized aluminum facade panels sourced from Belgium (COIL), creating a distinctive golden metallic finish with superior texture and visual depth. In addition to exterior cladding, PRANCE supplied interior ceilings, wall systems, decorative panels, and custom logo elements. Through precise layout planning, node detailing, strict quality control, and continuous remote coordination, PRANCE ensured accurate implementation across all phases—from design and fabrication to installation—delivering a refined architectural outcome aligned with the client’s vision.
Shenzhen Tencent Building Project
The Melawati Mall project in Kuala Lumpur is a landmark commercial development positioned as a one-stop shopping and lifestyle destination. Covering approximately 945,000 square feet across 13 floors, the project features a distinctive architectural identity defined by its decorative perforated aluminum façade system. PRANCE was responsible for delivering a comprehensive façade solution, including design development, installation planning, product manufacturing, and on-site technical support, covering a total façade area of around 12,800 square meters. Despite challenges related to complex panel geometries, installation precision, and logistics, the project was successfully executed through customized perforation molds, detailed engineering coordination, and strict quality control throughout the production and construction process. The result is a visually striking and technically robust metal façade that enhances the mall’s brand image while ensuring long-term performance and maintainability.
