What maintenance is required for long-term ACP panel durability?
Long-term durability of ACP panels relies on simple, periodic maintenance. For exteriors, we recommend washing façades with mild, non-ionic detergent and soft brushes every 12–24 months, depending on pollution levels. This removes dirt, salt, and airborne contaminants that degrade finishes. Rinse panels thoroughly to prevent residue.
Inspect sealants and gaskets around joints, windows, and penetrations every 3–5 years. UV and temperature cycles can cause sealants to harden or crack, compromising water resistance.
