PRANCE metalwork là nhà sản xuất hàng đầu về hệ thống trần và mặt tiền bằng kim loại.
Water-resistant joint detailing is crucial for ACP cladding performance. PRANCE employs a combination of drip edges, compressible gaskets, and back-baffled reveals. Horizontal joints feature a projecting drip edge on the upper panel that sheds water, while the lower panel’s groove captures any residual moisture. Vertical joints use compressible EPDM gaskets set into routed channels, sealing against wind-driven rain.
Behind the primary joint, we install a secondary drainage plane formed by the rainscreen cavity. Any water that bypasses the outer seal drains via weep holes at panel base. For high-risk areas—such as parapets or around penetrations—additional flashing and sealed end caps reinforce protection.
Proper sealant selection (silicone or polyurethane rated for UV and movement) ensures long-term elasticity. By integrating these joint details, PRANCE guarantees ACP façades that resist water intrusion while maintaining a sleek, uniform appearance.
