Cold bending—applying uniform pressure—allows gentle convex or concave curves with radii down to 2 m for standard 4 mm panels. For tighter radii or compound curves, thermo-forming is used: panels are heated to soften the core and aluminum skins, then molded over forms.

PRANCE engineers calculate minimum bend radii based on core type, panel thickness, and desired curvature. Joints between curved panels use flexible concealed trims that follow the contour seamlessly. Installation employ adjustable clip systems on curved extruded rails, ensuring panels snap into place without distortion.
