Inspect product labels and packaging for UL, Intertek, or BRE certification marks. Ensure the submittal includes the installation instructions that match the tested layout. On-site, verify that the panels bear identification tags or embossing indicating the fire-rated designation. During inspection, compare actual installed materials—the exact panel gauge, insulation thickness, sealant bead dimensions, and suspension clips—to the tested configuration. Any substitution or deviation invalidates the declared fire rating.
