Integrating modular HVAC in an outdoor resort dome begins with designing service conduits into the aluminum prefabricated structure. Each dome includes a concealed vertical chase—an extruded aluminum column—pre-cut to accept mini-split air-handling units. The outdoor condenser connects via quick-disconnect refrigerant lines that snap into factory-installed fittings on the chase, enabling tool-free linkage. Supply and return air ducts run through insulated channels within the dome ribs, terminating at adjustable ceiling diffusers. We offer optional heat recovery ventilators (HRVs) that mount alongside the indoor unit, providing fresh-air exchange while reclaiming heat. All electrical and control wiring routes through a junction box at the chase base, ready for plug-and-play connection to the on-site power supply. A centralized smart thermostat panel—IP65-rated for outdoor conditions—manages temperature, humidity, and ventilation schedules. This modular approach reduces on-site labor, accelerates installation, and ensures reliable climate control for resort guests.
