Our aluminum-prefabricated clear dining pods feature operable ridge vents that open automatically when indoor CO₂ sensors detect elevated levels, drawing stale air upward. At the base, peripheral intake ports with insect mesh introduce fresh outside air. For precise airflow distribution, we integrate a compact HVAC coil and fan unit into an aluminum service chase; conditioned air flows through adjustable ceiling diffusers that maintain gentle circulation without creating drafts. The system includes HEPA filtration to remove particulates—a critical feature for outdoor dining in dusty or coastal environments. For quieter operation, fans are mounted on vibration-isolating brackets, and supply ducts use lined flexible tubing. Temperature and fan speed adjust automatically via a smart touch panel, allowing seamless transition between natural ventilation and mechanical HVAC as ambient conditions change. This hybrid approach ensures an inviting dining atmosphere under the transparent dome.
