Yemen Hospital Project

In 2025, the ceiling project at a hospital in Yemen's covered key functional zones including patient wards and corridors area, with a total ceiling area of 2,000 square meters. The project utilized PRANCE's clip-in ceiling , featuring a seamless edge design for hygienic, high-traffic medical environments.

Frequent Maintenance Needs:

Hospital corridors and wards require constant access to lighting, ventilation, and medical systems. Traditional ceilings often complicate repairs, disrupting daily operations.

Noise Control:

High foot traffic and equipment noise in corridors can disturb patient rest and staff focus.

Hygiene and Longevity:

Ceiling materials must withstand rigorous cleaning routines and resist corrosion in humid, high-traffic areas.

In order to present the best version of this project, PRANCE convened a meeting with the design team and production departments. The goal was to ensure the safety of the construction process while also maximizing the overall effect of the project, in strict accordance with the design drawings.

For this woven ceiling, we specifically created custom molds to ensure that each product met a unified standard of precision. As the project owner requested that future maintenance and disassembly be easy, the precision of the products was crucial. Accurate measurements were taken to leave space for devices such as smoke detectors, cameras, sprinklers, and emergency lights.

PRANCE clip - in ceilings feature a corrosion-resistant coating for hospital-grade durability against hospital humidity and routine disinfection; their acoustic absorption also reduces noise generated by medical equipment and foot traffic for a quieter patient recovery area; and tool-less, seamless panels allow for instant access to utilities, minimizing downtime during critical repairs. This all-in-one solution combines low maintenance and long-term reliability for demanding healthcare environments.

Easy Removal for Hassle-Free Access :

The tool-free, clip-in   design allows panels to be removed and reinstalled in seconds, enabling swift access to electrical systems, plumbing, or ventilation without damaging the ceiling structure. This simplifies upgrades, inspections, and emergency repairs in busy hospital environments.

Hygiene First Engineering:

Aluminum surfaces prevent bacterial growth and withstand daily disinfection with harsh disinfectants. Smooth edges and concealed seams keep dust out, which is critical for compliance with hospital sanitation codes.
