First, we supply custom extruded carrier rails that follow the grid geometry. These rails are CNC-cut to length and include alignment slots to lock each baffle end in place.
Second, laser leveling tools establish an accurate datum line before installation. Adjustable spring-loaded hangers connect to the carrier rails, allowing installers to fine-tune each baffle’s height and plumb. This method corrects deviations in the structural deck or supporting grid, ensuring a uniform appearance across irregular patterns.
Third, we recommend creating a full-scale layout template. By marking critical coordinate points on the deck or existing grid, teams can verify rail positions and hanger locations with minimal adjustments during installation.
