The OPPO Headquarters Building in Shenzhen covers an area of 185,000 square meters, with a total construction area of approximately 248,000 square meters and a height of 200 meters. The building consists of four interconnected elliptical towers, with a total of 42 floors. With its unique design style, it has attracted countless admirers and is hailed as a symbol of the new generation of landmark buildings, often referred to as the "superstar" of the curtain wall industry. PRANCE is honored to have been involved in the construction of this remarkable project.

| Challenge
This ceiling section features a woven design, with a very unique structure. The design is distinctive, and it can be seen that such a design is almost non-existent in the market. However, this uniqueness brings many challenges during the construction process. The project owner requires that future maintenance and disassembly be feasible, so precise measurements must be taken to leave space for devices such as smoke detectors, cameras, sprinklers, and emergency lights. The walls need to use the varying angles of each aluminum panel to create a scaled effect. These panels must be adjustable, with the ability to lock the angle once it reaches the desired position.
| Solution
In order to present the best version of this project, PRANCE convened a meeting with the design team and production departments. The goal was to ensure the safety of the construction process while also maximizing the overall effect of the project, in strict accordance with the design drawings.
For this woven ceiling, we specifically created custom molds to ensure that each product met a unified standard of precision. As the project owner requested that future maintenance and disassembly be easy, the precision of the products was crucial. Accurate measurements were taken to leave space for devices such as smoke detectors, cameras, sprinklers, and emergency lights.
