PRANCE Metalwork est l'un des principaux fabricants de systèmes de plafonds et de façades métalliques.
Large-scale ACP facades demand robust substructures to carry panel weight, resist wind loads, and allow adjustment. PRANCE recommends extruded aluminum or stainless-steel rail systems anchored to the primary curtain wall or concrete slab. Rails are typically T-shaped or Z-shaped profiles that support interlocking panel clips and maintain a fixed cavity for insulation and drainage.
Adjustable brackets connect rails to the structural backup, permitting ±15 mm vertical and horizontal alignment correction. This flexibility accommodates on-site tolerances and thermal movement. For panels wider than 1.2 m, dual-rail configurations—two parallel rails under each panel edge—distribute loads and prevent panel sagging.
Rails include pre-drilled slots for sliding hook-on clips, allowing panels to expand and contract. Sealed gaskets between rail and panel prevent water ingress while enabling airflow. By combining precision-engineered rails, adjustable anchors, and high-quality clips, PRANCE ensures secure, level, and durable support for expansive ACP installations.
