PRANCE, NIPPON STEEL, and OKAYA Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement

Recently, PRANCE, NIPPON STEEL, and OKAYA have officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

The signing ceremony, held at PRANCE, marks an important step toward future collaboration. The agreement reflects the strong recognition among the three companies of each other's capabilities, industry experience, and market strengths, setting a solid foundation for future collaboration in the global construction materials and high-end bespoke metal fabrication sectors.

As one of the world's leading steel manufacturers, NIPPON STEEL brings advanced materials technology and strong research and development capabilities. OKAYA, with its long-standing experience as a diversified trading company, provides global supply chain resources, strong trading capabilities, and an extensive business network. Meanwhile, PRANCE specializes in metal ceiling and facade systems, supported by customized design capabilities, precision manufacturing processes, and extensive experience supporting projects worldwide.

The agreement establishes a strategic framework for future cooperation among the three companies. Moving forward, they plan to combine their respective strengths in materials research, global logistics, and advanced product fabrication to strengthen collaboration and explore joint opportunities. 

Delegates from NIPPON STEEL and OKAYA toured the production facilities and corporate showroom accompanied by PRANCE executives.

During the workshop tour, the delegation learned about PRANCE's digital machining systems, automated coating lines, and quality control processes. They also visited the technical department to gain insights into our product development capabilities and customized design approach.

The tour continued in the PRANCE showroom, where visitors explored PRANCE's metal ceiling and facade solutions, as well as project references from international airports, high-speed railway stations, and commercial complexes. The visit helped the delegates gain a deeper understanding of PRANCE's product development, customization capabilities, and project experience.

The agreement marks an important step in PRANCE's efforts to strengthen international partnerships and expand global cooperation. Working alongside NIPPON STEEL and OKAYA will provide valuable support as PRANCE continues to scale its global footprint and further enhance its technical capabilities. 

Representatives from NIPPON STEEL and OKAYA noted that the facility tour provided an overview of PRANCE's manufacturing standards and operational efficiency.They recognized PRANCE's customization capabilities and manufacturing experience as important factors supporting future cooperation. They look forward to exploring how high-performance, eco-friendly materials can be integrated into modern metal ceiling systems to deliver smarter, greener solutions to the global construction industry.
