For the Shenzhen Tencent Building project, PRANCE delivered a comprehensive turnkey solution encompassing the detailed design, production, and installation of interior metal systems across two towers and 31 floors. Initiated in May 2022, this landmark undertaking utilized an integrated suite of G-Plank ceilings, perforated metal panels, and specialized baffle systems to create a high-performance corporate environment for Tencent’s open offices and conference areas. Despite the complexities of large-scale execution and pandemic-related logistics, PRANCE leveraged its 20 years of technical expertise to harmonize architectural aesthetics with functional sustainability—optimizing natural lighting and ventilation while maintaining a modern, innovative profile consistent with Tencent's global brand identity.

Dongguan OPPO Building Metal Ceiling and Cladding Project

For the OPPO Research and Development Center project in Dongguan, PRANCE delivered an integrated metal ceiling and cladding solution in 2024, spanning outdoor corridors, escalator zones, and office environments. The project highlights PRANCE’s technical precision through the use of custom hyperbolic aluminum panels for seamless curved corridors and 3D-modeled escalator cladding reinforced with corrugated cores for enhanced structural stability. To optimize the workspace, micro-perforated white honeycomb aluminum panels were utilized in the office areas to provide superior acoustic absorption and seamless lighting integration. By combining advanced manufacturing with rigorous quality control, PRANCE achieved a modern, high-performance architectural finish that aligns with the innovative standards of OPPO’s R&D facilities.
