PRANCE metalwork is a leading manufacturer of metal ceiling and facade systems.
Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) panels consist of two thin aluminum sheets bonded to a non–aluminum core, creating a rigid, yet lightweight, composite panel. In aluminum ceiling and facade applications, these panels offer exceptional flatness, ease of fabrication, and a premium aesthetic. The aluminum skins provide corrosion resistance and can be finished in a wide range of colors, textures, and PVDF coatings to meet design requirements. Meanwhile, the core—often polyethylene or a fire-retardant mineral core—adds impact resistance and rigidity without significantly increasing weight.
For ceilings, ACM panels enable suspended grid or clip-in installations, allowing seamless integration of lighting, HVAC diffusers, and access panels. On facades, they mount on aluminum framing systems with hidden fasteners, delivering a clean, monolithic appearance. Their dimensional stability ensures minimal thermal expansion, reducing joint stresses over time. Additionally, ACM panels are easy to cut, bend, and perforate on-site, facilitating intricate shapes, curves, and patterns.
Key benefits include high strength-to-weight ratio, long-term durability, low maintenance, and design versatility—making ACM panels a top choice for contemporary aluminum ceiling and facade projects.
