PRANCE metalwork is a leading manufacturer of metal ceiling and facade systems.
While there isn't a single "standard" size for all aluminum curtain wall panels, as they are often tailored to specific curtain wall systems and architectural designs, certain common dimensions and practices exist. Curtain wall systems typically feature a grid of mullions and transoms, and the panels (often spandrel or infill panels made from ACP or insulated solid aluminum) are sized to fit these grid openings. Common widths might range from 600mm to 1500mm (approximately 2 to 5 feet), and heights can vary significantly based on floor-to-floor dimensions or specific design modules. However, at our company, we emphasize customization. While we can supply panels that conform to typical industry module sizes, we specialize in fabricating aluminum curtain wall panels to precise project-specific dimensions. This ensures a perfect fit, minimizes on-site modifications, and optimizes material usage. We work from architectural drawings and curtain wall system specifications to deliver panels that integrate seamlessly, whether they are for vision areas (if using specialized panel types) or opaque spandrel zones, contributing to a high-performance and aesthetically cohesive facade.
