PRANCE metalwork is a leading manufacturer of metal ceiling and facade systems.
Metal panels are highly adaptable to curved, patterned, and three-dimensional façades because modern fabrication technologies — CNC forming, roll-forming, press-braking, and custom folding — allow precise shaping at scale. Aluminum, in particular, can be easily cold-formed into compound curves or single-radius panels for continuous curved elevations; thicker gauges and engineered subframes support larger radii and structural loads. Faceted and folded panel geometries are achievable with segmented panelization that maintains tight visual joints while allowing for thermal movement. Laser cutting and CNC punching enable bespoke perforation patterns and pixelated graphics that create dynamic light and shadow effects, and when combined with backlighting or colored liners, they produce strong visual depth. 3D projection façades that step in and out from the plane can be realized with bracketed substructures calibrated to module geometry so that each panel aligns accurately. Early-stage 3D modeling and mock-ups are essential to resolve tolerances, attachment details, and water management for non-planar conditions. Our engineering team provides panelization layouts, 3D shop drawings, and prototype fabrication services to validate complex geometries; explore project examples and technical capabilities at https://prancedesign.com/benefits-of-building-with-metal-panels-for-walls/.
