1. High Ceiling Suspension Requirement
Due to the high floor height of the shopping mall, the client initially requested a suspension height of 1.8 meters to enhance the sense of openness and visual impact of the space. After reviewing the site conditions and ceiling system requirements, PRANCE found that achieving this suspension height would require additional structural support, which could increase installation complexity and overall project costs.
After technical discussions with the client, PRANCE technical team recommended adjusting the suspension height to a more practical level based on the actual site conditions. The optimized installation approach maintained the visual proportion of the commercial space while ensuring the stability of the ceiling system and avoiding unnecessary construction requirements.
2. Optimization of Baffle Spacing and Material Thickness
For the ceiling areas, the client required a solution that could achieve a balanced appearance while maintaining structural stability and reasonable project costs. Since the spacing and thickness of the ceiling panels directly affect the visual effect, structural performance, and overall cost, PRANCE evaluated the specifications based on the shopping mall's layout and application requirements.
By adjusting the spacing and thickness of the ceiling system, PRANCE developed suitable specifications for different areas of the project. 1. V-Plank Ceiling System at the Parking Entrance
The V-Plank Ceiling system is applied in the underground parking entrance and selected interior ceiling areas of the mall. Its angled linear design creates a stronger sense of depth and visual direction.

2. B-Plank Ceiling System in the Cashier Area and Central Park
The B-Plank Ceiling system is applied in the cashier area and central park, providing a clean linear ceiling design that suits the open layout and high-traffic requirements of the shopping mall. With its long-span design, the system helps create a continuous ceiling appearance across large areas while reducing visual interruptions.
Its straight panel layout creates an orderly visual effect that suits commercial spaces with high traffic and open layouts. In the central park area, the B-Plank Ceiling enhances the sense of openness while maintaining a consistent design style throughout the mall.
3. Curved Square Tube Ceiling System on the Second Floor
For the second-floor area, the curved baffle system was selected to introduce a more flexible ceiling form and soften the overall interior appearance. Compared with traditional linear layouts, the curved design adds smoother transitions while maintaining an open and spacious ceiling effect.

| Wood Grain Finish for a Natural Commercial Environment
The U Baffle and curved baffle systems incorporate a wood-grain heat transfer finish that brings a natural appearance to the mall interior. By reproducing wood textures and colors on aluminum surfaces, the finish softens the visual impact of metal ceilings while maintaining long-term durability.
Compared with natural wood, wood-grain aluminum ceilings provide better resistance to moisture, wear, and color fading, making them suitable for long-term use in commercial spaces. The surface requires less maintenance while maintaining a consistent appearance throughout daily operation.
