PRANCE metalwork is a leading manufacturer of metal ceiling and facade systems.
Ensuring that the final installed metal facade perfectly matches the architect’s original visionary design requires a rigorously controlled, unbroken digital workflow that spans from initial concept to final installation. The critical mechanism for this fidelity is the comprehensive utilization of Building Information Modeling (BIM). The process begins by translating the architect's conceptual renderings into a highly detailed, functional 3D structural model. During this design-assist phase, our facade engineers work intimately with the architectural team, using parametric tools to rationally break down complex forms into manufacturable panels without compromising the aesthetic intent. To guarantee a perfect physical fit, we integrate exact structural as-built data captured via 3D laser scanning into the BIM environment, tailoring the bespoke cladding directly to the reality of the construction site. The fidelity of the design is further preserved by transmitting the approved 3D model data directly to our factory's CNC manufacturing machinery. This eliminates manual interpretation, ensuring that every curve, perforation, and joint is fabricated with sub-millimeter precision exactly as drawn in the digital space. Finally, the BIM model generates precise, sequential installation maps. By maintaining absolute data integrity throughout engineering, automated manufacturing, and guided installation, we guarantee that the resulting architectural landmark is a flawless physical manifestation of the original creative vision.
