How to install a suspended ceiling?

First you need to make a metal grid with main tees & cross tees as a framework for the ceiling. Measure the distance where this grid will meet up on the ceiling– make sure it is level. Start with main tees, then add cross tees to form a grid. When the frame is in place, simply add the ceiling tiles or panels. You’ll need to consult your measurements and maybe cut edge pieces or things that jut out from the ceiling. This type of ceiling is common in offices and basements.
