PRANCE metalwork is a leading manufacturer of metal ceiling and facade systems.
An ACM panel, or Aluminum Composite Material panel, is fabricated by bonding two thin aluminum sheets to a non-metallic core, typically polyethylene or a fire-resistant mineral blend. This produces a high-performance panel that is both rigid and lightweight—qualities prized in aluminum ceiling and facade systems. The aluminum skins provide weather resistance, dimensional stability, and a smooth surface ready for factory-applied coil coatings (PVDF or polyester) in various colors and finishes.
In ceiling applications, ACM panels integrate seamlessly into T-bar grids, clip-in mechanisms, or custom framing, allowing easy access for maintenance and MEP integration. Facade installations utilize aluminum support channels and hidden fasteners to achieve a clean, uninterrupted exterior plane. The composite core aids in sound dampening, structural support, and ease of handling during cutting, bending, and routing.
ACM panels also facilitate complex geometries—curved walls, canopies, signage, and soffits—without sacrificing structural integrity. Fire-rated ACM with a mineral core meets international safety standards for cladding. Their low maintenance and longevity make ACM panels a versatile, cost-effective solution for both interior ceilings and building exteriors in commercial and institutional projects.
