PRANCE metalwork is a leading manufacturer of metal ceiling and facade systems.
PRANCE completed the OPPO Research and Development Center Project in Dongguan, China, providing aluminum cladding and ceiling systems for the outdoor corridor, indoor escalator areas, and office spaces. The project uses PRANCE aluminum panels, hyperbolic panels, mesh panels and perforated white aluminum honeycomb ceilings. Through precise manufacturing and coordinated technical support, the solution delivers a clean architectural finish, stable structural performance, improved acoustic comfort, and a high-quality working environment suited to a modern R&D center.

Aluminum hyperbolic panels required precise bending and forming to match the corridor's circular layout. PRANCE carefully controlled curvature and dimensions during fabrication to achieve smooth arcs and consistent radii across the entire corridor. Each panel underwent rigorous quality checks to ensure uniformity and a seamless visual appearance.
These aluminum panels are finished with high-quality surface treatment, creating uniform color and enhancing the corridor's modern aesthetic. The final installation effect precisely conforms to the design radii, presenting visually continuous curves and minimal gaps. Modular installation allowed straightforward maintenance and single-panel replacement, reducing long-term upkeep efforts.
3D Model of the escalator area
In this project, the escalator area was clad with aluminum panels that seamlessly match the surrounding architectural style. The panels have uniform color and a smooth surface, creating a modern, clean visual effect. The lightweight nature of aluminum provides strength and durability for high-traffic vertical transportation zones, ensuring long-term usage.
For corner and transition zones, we added a corrugated core behind the aluminum panels. This structure strengthens the panels and supports precise shaping, reducing deformation risk and helping the cladding keep a consistent appearance in complex areas.
PRANCE provided 3D modeling and technical project drawings for the escalator cladding. With clear drawings and models in place, the project team could coordinate more efficiently and reduce on-site adjustments, supporting a smooth installation process and consistent final appearance.
The micro-perforated aluminum honeycomb panels provide effective sound absorption, reducing echo and improving acoustic comfort for the office environment.
Recessed downlights provided even illumination without glare, meeting office lighting standards while integrating seamlessly with the ceiling system.
