| Challenge
This project, located in Mandaue, Cebu, Philippines, required overcoming language and cultural differences, as well as coordinating product transportation and delivery processes. One of the major technical challenges was the production of the Curved Metal Baffles.
The supermarket's design demanded extremely high precision for the curvature of the baffles, requiring accurate control of the bending angle and dimensions of each aluminum panel to ensure a smooth overall curvature and structural stability after assembly. Additionally, the surface treatment of the baffles needed to meet high standards for corrosion resistance and weather durability while maintaining an aesthetically pleasing wood grain finish, further complicating the manufacturing process.
| Solution
We established an efficient communication mechanism, working in real-time with the client’s team to quickly address design modifications and confirm product details. During production, our team utilized advanced equipment and precise craftsmanship to ensure that the bending accuracy of each aluminum panel met the required specifications. Multiple sample adjustments were made to perfect the surface treatment, achieving both durability and the desired wood grain effect.
For installation, we provided the client with detailed installation drawings and guidance, clearly marking the installation sequence and angles for each aluminum panel, ensuring the client’s construction team could complete the task seamlessly. Ultimately, we successfully delivered high-quality Curved Metal Baffles, earning high praise from the client.
