Lastoria Mall Project
Client's original design
For Lastoria Mall project, PRANCE received the client’s initial design renderings and provided expert support by refining and enhancing the design details. Throughout the process, we demonstrated professionalism by continuously optimizing design solutions and adapting to the client’s evolving requirements.
At first, the client clearly communicated foundational expectations:

In the second phase, the client shared more detailed expectations:
1. Clear Function per Floor: Ground and mezzanine levels (G+M) of Building A are dedicated to retail use and adjusted to a height of 10 meters. And upper floors are allocated for a gym, administrative offices, and the project’s general headquarters, all with terrace.
2. Main Visual Feature: A stone-clad wall forms the key visual identity of the project’s main façade.
3. Logo Function & Placement: The Lastoria logo must be hollow to ensure airflow, placed centrally on the main wall. The wall itself is detached from the building due to the open balcony structure behind it.
4. Architectural Style: The façade design should preserve the building’s original protrusions. Maintain the luxury of the place in the style of simplicity and avoid excessive lighting elements.
5. Desired colors: matte black and wood brown
6. Terrace Perimeter Design: For areas 1, 2, and 3 located on Face C, glass and metal railing combinations are preferred to maintain open sightlines and project continuity.
PRANCE Design updated the design accordingly and delivered three new design options, this time including multi-angle renderings to help the client visualize the effect more clearly.

During the third round of discussions, the client provided more granular requests and refinements:
1. Finish Material Selection: Client confirmed a preferred curtain wall design and requested adjustments to the wood grain color used in other zones.
2. Logo & Wall Opening Coordination: Central wall placement of the hollowed Lastoria logo confirmed. And final wall opening dimensions confirmed based on the latest AutoCAD as-built drawings.
3. Façade Interface Adjustments: Glass curtain wall not required for B-face (back of the building) and its opposite; C/F/E faces (at G+M level) to be finished with stone grain aluminum panels; Elevator areas to adopt full glass curtain walls.
4. Terrace Detailing: Terraces will include full-height glass panels and handrails.
In the Bismayah New City Project (BNCP), the client came to PRANCE with just a single online reference image and a general design idea. Despite the minimal infomation, our team quickly transformed that concept into a tailored architectural solution. This project showcases our ability to turn even the simplest inspirations into buildable, visually striking results—highlighting the strength of our integrated design and supply capabilities
These cases represent our ability to handle both aesthetic requirements and technical complexities in commercial environments.
Beyond traditional building design, our Camp Design service focuses on delivering full-site solutions tailored to your land and project conditions. We create thoughtful layouts not only for housing units but also for the surrounding environment—including entrance design, landscape planning, greenery integration, and lighting arrangements. This holistic approach ensures every element works together as a unified, functional, and appealing space.
At PRANCE design, we don’t stop at the concept stage — we specialize in delivering refined and implementable design solutions tailored to real project needs. Our process bridges creativity and practicality, helping clients achieve the best possible outcome based on their site conditions, budget, and functional goals.
