Collecting accurate site data is a crucial first step in the design process. While it is often left to the client or local technician, we can send our own experienced technician to your project site to take precise measurements, ensuring accuracy from the very beginning.

We use both traditional tools like laser distance meters and measuring tapes, but also provide advanced 3D scanning technology for complex or large-scale projects.

To make the measurement more efficient, we have adopted the latest 3D laser scanning technology.

Our 3D laser scanning technology captures highly accurate spatial data in a short time, including complex angles and fine details. It eliminates the need for repeated site visits, ensures a perfect design-to-installation match, and is especially valuable for renovation projects or sites without existing drawings. • SketchUp or Reno models for 3D spatial understanding
• 3D renderings and videos if needed
• Detailed product quantity list with specifications

If all you have is a concept image or rendering, just provide us with that and some basic dimensions. We’ll handle the rest:

1. Create a buildable construction plan based on your design

2. Deliver technical drawings and a detailed cost breakdown, including:

Addition note: For façade or structural projects, we can also provide structural calculation reports by certified engineers (quoted based on project complexity)

Whether your drawings are complete or partial, we can work with what you have:

1. We will review the drawing completeness (including floor plans, elevations, detail drawings, etc.)

2. If complete:

We can calculate the product quantities, provide a quotation and deliver drawings upon confirmation

3. If incomplete:

We help move forward using available drawings

Additional note: We also provide rendering and animation services based on your drawings. These include animations to showcase the final visual effect, and installation animations that help you understand how the product is assembled—such as the one we created for our Disney project. Pricing depends on the complexity of the animation and the number of renderings required.

If you’ve only prepared a procurement list, we handle that too:

1. For standard products

2. For non-standard or customized products

• • • We prepare revised drawings based on your requests (e.g., perforation style, edge height change from 20mm to 30mm)
    • Update the quotation accordingly
