PRANCE metalwork is a leading manufacturer of metal ceiling and facade systems.
Quality control is a major advantage of unitized curtain wall systems for aluminum façades, particularly for projects requiring consistent performance across many floors in the Middle East and Central Asia (we reference standards applicable in UAE and Kazakhstan). Unitized modules are produced in controlled factory environments where material tolerances, thermal break insertions, gasket seating, and glazing glazing seals can be inspected against precise QA checkpoints. Factory testing for air infiltration, water penetration, and cyclic load behavior ensures modules meet specified performance before shipping.
Stick systems have more variables because much of the assembly, sealant work, and gasket compression occurs on-site. Achieving the same level of consistency demands rigorous field supervision, experienced installers, and structured inspection programs. In extreme climates — high heat and dust in Gulf states or cold conditions in Central Asian winters — on-site variability increases the potential for defects.
As an aluminum façade manufacturer, we implement ISO-aligned factory QA processes for unitized products (control plans, batch testing, and leak tests) and provide detailed site supervision and training for stick installations. We recommend mock-ups and third-party testing (air/water infiltration) for both system types. When clients prioritize repeatable, certifiable performance for large towers, unitized systems generally deliver higher factory-quality assurance; stick systems can match this only with heightened on-site QC commitment.
