As the population of Iraq's capital approaches 100 million, the demand for modern housing has surged. The Bismayah New City Project (BNCP), located 10 kilometers southeast of Baghdad, aims to build a new city covering an area of 18.3 square kilometers, including 108,000 housing units, with a current implementation rate of 40%. In this context, the importance of the Iraq TRX Sales Center becomes evident. It will serve as the bridge connecting homebuyers with these new homes and will be a crucial platform for showcasing and selling these modern residences.
