| Challenge
Each anodized panel measures 1.6 m by 4.5 m needs to maintain a flat and smooth surface without any dents. The raw material is imported anodized sheet from Germany, which has a relatively high cost compared to traditional painted panels. Unlike spray coatings, the anodized surface treatment cannot be repaired if scratched or damaged during processing and handling, leading to significant losses.
| Solution
To achieve an extremely flat and smooth effect on the panel, we customized a reinforcement system on the back. Unlike the typical 3515U1.2mm thick reinforcements used in our industry, our reinforcements are square. These square reinforcements are produced through extrusion, and then drilled in our mold processing workshop to create holes for securing them to the back of the anodized panel.
During the drilling process, we developed various drilling fixtures to ensure precise hole placement. After the profiles are drilled, they undergo anodized surface treatment to prevent rusting. Finally, they are taken to our assembly workshop for assembly, where we secure the corners, apply adhesive, carefully package them, and organize them by area before shipping.
