Brunei Villa Metal Ceiling Project
This project is located in a luxury villa in Brunei and marks another collaboration between PRANCE and the client, following the successful completion of a previous villa project. To meet the client’s aesthetic demands for a natural and elegant look, we utilized 100 pieces of G-Plank Ceiling with a wood-grain finish. This design not only delivers a lifelike wood texture but also blends seamlessly with the overall architectural style of the villa.

| Challenge
Due to Brunei’s tropical climate, which is hot and humid year-round, the materials used for the outdoor corridor ceiling needed to have exceptional weather resistance. High humidity could lead to the corrosion and deformation of ordinary materials, especially when exposed to the elements for extended periods. Ensuring both the longevity of the materials and the lasting visual appeal of the wood-grain effect was a significant design challenge.
| Solution
The PRANCE team applied a weather-resistant coating technology to the surface of the wood-grain G-Plank Ceiling. This enhanced the panels’ resistance to UV rays, as well as their water and wear resistance. The coating effectively protects the material from prolonged sun exposure and rain, ensuring that the wood-grain appearance remains vivid and natural over time.
