Anodizing treatment can impart a heavy metal texture to profile louvers. During the processing, strict management is necessary to ensure the consistency of each profile louver's surface and to achieve more than 10 years of weather resistance.
Anodizing requires high precision and stringent process control. Each louver must undergo multiple electrolysis and dyeing steps to ensure color consistency and surface smoothness.
2.Manufacturing of Wood Grain G Hooks
Ensuring the precision and uniformity of the wood grain pattern is a significant challenge, especially in mass production. Each G hook's color and pattern must remain consistent.
