Foshan Southern Park Hi-Tech Industrial Zone Facade and Gate Renovation Project

PRANCE successfully delivered a comprehensive renovation project at Foshan Southern Park Hi-Tech Industrial Zone. The scope included upgrading the two main entrance gates and replacing the façade of one office building. Custom aluminum panels were the primary material used, produced with millimeter-accurate 3D scanning and advanced fabrication methods to ensure precise fitting.

PRANCE Team used 3D laser scanning to catch precise dimensions of curved structure. The collected data was used to create a detailed BIM model, helping identify potential deviations and refine aluminum panel production. North Gate renovation focus on enhancing both functionality and overall visual identity. In this redesign, aluminum panels were chosen for their superior durability, weather resistance, and low maintenance, making them ideal for long-term outdoor use. Their smooth surface finish and color stability help preserve the modern aesthetic even under constant exposure to sunlight and rain.

Based on precise 3D laser scanning data, PRANCE produced custom aluminum components with uniform coating and surface consistency. The modular assembly system simplified on-site installation and reduced labor time, ensuring fast completion and long-term structural reliability. The completed North Gate achieves a clean, modern look while meeting functional requirements for daily use.

This gate design combines aluminum veneer with wood-grain square tubes, creating a clean visual rhythm that complements modern architectural styles. Each square tube features a high-quality wood-grain finish and carries an outdoor warranty, ensuring long-term durability and color stability in outdoor conditions. For added security and strength, each panel is sealed on the sides to enhance wind and moisture resistance.

PRANCE also offers a wide selection of wood-grain finishes, allowing customers to select the hue and pattern that best suits their design, combining the natural beauty of wood with the superior performance of aluminum.

The project also included a full renovation of one office building façade. The existing cladding was removed and replaced with PRANCE's customized aluminum panel system.

3D scanning provides precise data for corners and irregular surfaces. In this project, it ensured accurate measurement of the building's turning sections, enabling the customization of curved aluminum panels and achieving a flat, visually consistent facade.

This renovation project spanned the entire office building, requiring extensive surveying. 3D scanning enabled the rapid and accurate capture of this data, reducing manual effort and minimizing potential human error while improving overall project efficiency.

By using remote scanning instead of manual climbing or measuring, the team minimized safety risks and enhanced operational efficiency, especially in hard-to-reach areas.
