The irregular distribution of square perforations requires each panel’s perforation placement to precisely match the meticulous adjustments outlined in the design plans. This highly customized design adds complexity to both the cutting and perforation processes. Even slight deviations could impact the overall aesthetic and continuity of the ceiling pattern, potentially leading to panel rework. Such setbacks would not only affect project timelines but could also increase material costs.

The PRANCE team utilized advanced laser cutting and CNC perforation equipment to ensure that each aluminum panel's cutting and perforation precisely matched the design specifications, reducing the likelihood of errors. After processing, each panel underwent individual inspection to confirm that perforation positioning, dimensions, and other criteria met precision requirements, ensuring smooth installation.
