This custom-shaped dome sunroom is specifically design for this hotel resort. The customized dome shapes creates a more distinctive exterior appearance while maintaining the structural efficiency of a modular dome system. By combining bespoke design with precise manufacturing, PRANCE deliver a outdoor living solution that balanced visual uniqueness with practical construction requirements.

The design consists of two interconnected dome units that function as a guest suite. The connected layout was selected to provide additional interior space while maintaining the compact footprint and modular advantages of dome-based construction.

A linking section connects the two structures and creates a natural transition between different functional areas. This configuration allows the interior space to support multiple uses within the same accommodation unit, offering greater flexibility compared with a standalone dome.

The location of the project within a dense bamboo forest made visibility and landscape integration important design considerations.

To maximize views of the surrounding environment, PRANCE incorporated large high-transparency acrylic panels into the dome structure. The transparent sections allow natural light to enter the interior throughout the day while providing uninterrupted views of the bamboo grove and the night sky.

Unlike conventional accommodation structures that rely on limited window openings, the dome design expands the viewing area significantly, creating a stronger visual connection between the interior space and the natural environment.

This dome sunroom is installed in the outdoors space,and the material durability played a critical role in the structural design.

The structure combines an aluminum panel framework with high-transparency acrylic glazing. Aluminum offers excellent resistance to corrosion and environmental exposure while providing the strength required for long-term structural stability. The acrylic panels deliver high light transmission and impact resistance, making them suitable for hospitality environments where both visibility and durability are important.

This combination of materials enables the dome sunroom to maintain its appearance and performance under outdoor conditions while reducing maintenance requirements over time.

Beyond aesthetics, the project required a practical structural solution that actively facilitates long-term operational efficiency. The system utilizes a simplified structural configuration and prefabricated components, creating a more robust framework. This stable structural layout, combined with corrosion-resistant aluminum, ensures the entire dome room system maintains consistent performance over time while minimizing operational upkeep. This approach allows hospitality operators to achieve efficient, worry-free asset management without compromising the premium visual identity of the accommodation.

We supplied the dome sunroom as a prefabricated modular solution, with major manufacturing and assembly processes completed before delivery to the project site. Once transported to the hotel, the units required only on-site positioning and connection, significantly reducing construction time and labor requirements. The streamlined installation process also minimized site disturbance within the bamboo forest area.
