PRANCE metalwork is a leading manufacturer of metal ceiling and facade systems.
The Karachi Nuclear Power Plant in Pakistan required a reliable interior ceiling and wall cladding system for several operational areas. The project covered approximately 8,500 ㎡, including control rooms, equipment rooms, technical zones, corridors, and office areas.
PRANCE supplied a complete aluminum clip-in ceiling system and metal wall cladding system in this project. The final installation delivers a clean, stable, and highly consistent interior finish that meets the safety and durability requirements of a nuclear facility.

The project need the ceiling and wall cladding panels that meet strict fire safety requirements, low VOC emissions, and long-term operational stability. All ceiling and wall systems had to withstand intensive daily operation in a sensitive industrial environment.
The nuclear facility’s internal environment involves humidity, temperature fluctuations, and potential chemical exposure.
Each zone required precise panel sizing and custom openings to integrate HVAC diffusers, fire detectors, security cameras, lighting fixtures, and maintenance access areas.
Construction time was highly restricted and should accelerate installation time and reduce on-site work.
PRANCE supplied the aluminum clip-in ceiling system and aluminum wall cladding solution for this nuclear power plant. These systems were selected specifically for the demanding operational environment, providing long-term safety, durability, and technical compatibility.
Aluminum clip-in ceiling and metal wall panels are manufactured from non-combustible materials with excellent fire performance. These ceiling and wall system meets low-smoke, low-VOC, and non-toxic requirements, making it suitable for critical interior areas of a nuclear plant. What’s more, the concealed clip-in ceiling design ensures secure panel engagement and prevents accidental drop or vibration displacement.
All the ceiling panels and wall cladding, are produced coated with a corrosion-resistant finish.
PRANCE clip-in ceiling system is modular, allowing precise integration with:
The concealed grid systems and clip-in design provide a uniform appearance while allowing individual panels to be easily removed for inspection or servicing. This significantly improves maintenance efficiency in high-security environments where downtime must be minimized.
All aluminum clip-in ceiling panels, wall panels, suspension components, and access modules were fully prefabricated in PRANCE’s factory. This modular design allowed each component to be installed directly on-site without any cutting or adjustment, ensuring fast, precise, and clean assembly.
The prefabricated system minimized on-site labor, reduced installation errors. And meeting the strict construction and safety requirements of a nuclear power facility at the same time.
The perforated aluminum wall panels is paired with acoustic backing materials to reduce reverberation and absorb operational noise. This provides:
Acoustic performance is particularly crucial in environments where real-time communication and monitoring are essential for plant safety.
