The project applies a curved baffle system as the exterior cladding design for the retail façade solution. Designed to meet the high-traffic, high-visibility requirements of airport commercial spaces, the system delivers a refined balance between architectural expression and long-term functional performance.
The curved baffles form a continuous, flowing surface that gives the storefront a stronger sense of depth within the busy terminal environment. Compared to flat cladding systems, the curved layout adds variation and movement to the façade, helping improve visibility from different passenger approach angles.
The curved aluminum baffle system is designed to work in combination with a concealed lighting system installed behind the structure. This integrated approach allows the façade to maintain a clean architectural appearance while incorporating functional illumination.
The backlit configuration creates a soft, diffused glow in the indoor terminal environment, enhancing the depth and layering of the façade.
In addition to its architectural impact, the lighting integration also reinforces brand visibility and creates a more refined atmospheric expression within the high-traffic airport retail environment.
The curved aluminum baffle system is well-suited to the high-traffic conditions of airport environments. The aluminum material provides reliable resistance to wear and impact, supporting stable long-term use in public commercial areas.
The surface is finished with a durable coating, supporting long-term use in high-traffic airport conditions and helping the façade maintain a consistent appearance under continuous exposure to lighting changes and passenger flow.
The structure of curved linear baffle system is highly stable, making it ideally suited for retail environments that demand durability and continuous operation. At the same time, the modular design makes routine maintenance relatively straightforward, helping operators manage upkeep more efficiently and reduce long-term operational effort.
