Libya International Airport Metal Ceiling Project

This project involves the Libya International Airport Metal Ceiling project, which primarily utilizes a customized metal ceiling system. Our independently developed suspension system offers several key advantages:

1.Independent Panel Removal: Each metal ceiling panel can be individually removed without the need for additional inspection openings, ensuring easy maintenance and repairs without disrupting the overall system.

2.Earthquake Resistance: The suspension system is specifically designed with earthquake-resistant features, offering enhanced safety and stability in the event of seismic activity.

3.Tailored Suspension System: Developed in-house, our suspension system is highly customizable to meet specific project requirements. This ensures precision installation and optimal performance, making it ideal for large-scale, high-demand projects like the Libya International Airport.

The challenge of the project lies in the client's requirement that each ceiling panel in the system must be independently removable, which presented a new challenge for us. Since we had not previously produced this type of system, designing and manufacturing products that met the client's needs became crucial.

Our solution was to first create detailed drawings and 3D models, then produce samples based on the design and conduct trial installations in the factory. In this way, we ensured that each component met the client's requirements accurately and verified the feasibility and removability of the system.
