PRANCE metalwork is a leading manufacturer of metal ceiling and facade systems.
Quality inspection for unitized curtain wall production follows structured stages to ensure modules meet performance specifications. In our factories serving the Middle East and Central Asia, the typical process begins with incoming materials inspection: verifying extrusion profiles, thermal-break inserts, gaskets, glass units (coatings, thickness, spacers), and hardware against purchase orders.
During assembly, checkpoints confirm correct thermal-break placement, torquing of fasteners, and prescribed sealant bead sizes. Each module undergoes dimensional checks for squareness and tolerance. Functional testing includes water penetration and air infiltration testing (AAMA/ASTM protocols where applicable) and, for seismic projects, cyclic movement trials. Surface finish inspections (PVDF coat adhesion, color uniformity, and anodizing quality) are performed under standardized lighting.
Pre-shipment, modules are inspected for packing integrity, labelled for installation sequence, and accompanied by test certificates. Factory mock-ups and third-party witness tests are common for high-profile Gulf projects to validate performance prior to large-scale production.
As an aluminum façade manufacturer, we document each stage under a QA control plan and provide clients with test reports and traceability. For deliveries to Central Asian locations, we also ensure packaging protects finishes during long inland transport and include installation guidance tailored to local conditions.
