Transportation and logistics are pivotal when supplying aluminum façades to the Middle East and Central Asia (including Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan). Unitized modules are larger, heavier, and require specialized packing, shipping, and on-site crane capacity. They often travel in dedicated containers or open-deck trucks and demand careful route engineering for oversized loads. At destination, suitable quay cranes, heavy-lift road permits, and substantial lifting capacity must be coordinated. These logistics increase lead time and cost but reduce on-site labor hours.
Stick systems transport discrete extrusions, glazing units, and accessories in standard crates and pallets, making them easier to move through constrained urban sites and remote roads. This flexibility benefits projects with narrow city streets or limited port infrastructure common in some Central Asian locations.
